Staff Training & Management: Train, develop, and manage staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Drive Sales Performance: Set and monitor sales goals, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales targets. Implement strategies to boost sales performance and identify growth opportunities. Monitor Sales Metrics: Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics, providing insights and feedback to improve team performance and reach business objectives. Social Media Marketing: Oversee and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract leads, and drive sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to help expand the company's reach and drive revenue growth. Qualifications Manager Qualifications - A great manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following: Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager. Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly. Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
