Job Summary:
To assist in the planning, organization and implementation of marketing and sales strategies in accordance with the business plans for the Assigned Entities to which Company provides management services; create and develop sales opportunities and leads for the products and services offered by such Assigned Entities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Proven sales success across past career positions
Market all products and services offered to meet sales and territory objectives
Develop and follow-up on sales leads in an accurate and time sensitive manner
Develop and execute (in conjunction with Company management) marketing and sales strategies to maximize sales growth and increase footprint
Assist Company management in strategic business development activities. Identify market specific trends to report opportunities and challenges.
Interface with management to ensure marketing and sales activities meet business growth and budget goals, and to ensure appropriate pricing of products and services
In conjunction with Company management, prepare, conduct, and direct business or marketing presentations
Organize and represent the Company at professional conferences, as directed by Company management
Assist the Company in the development of annual marketing budgets as needed
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information to Company management
Attend meetings and other functions necessary to perform duties and assist in business development for the Assigned Entities, including assisting in launching a certain data collection software
Strategic application of selling skills. Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to drive desired sales objectives.
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with Company leadership to facilitate in-network business relationships with managed care Payors as identified/assigned by management.
Work with Company leadership to develop increased access/market share with key governmental Programs, Plans and Payors within our therapy offering.
Compile and complete credentialing documents required by payors for execution of contracts and continued services by Company
Assure accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance of contract language to include Federal, State, and local laws/regulations as well as conformance with company goals/objectives.
Interface with assigned Payors when needed to ensure ongoing relationship and increase Company sales performance.
Communicate progress with assigned accounts through Company designated tracking tools with management/internal stakeholders to increase efficiency of pharmacy fulfillment.
Interact with others in a positive, respectful, and considerate manner
Other duties as may be assigned by Company management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
MUST HAVE experience in home infusion/specialty pharmacy and IG
Proven sales success across past career positions
High performance levels of call routing, pre-call planning and field productivity.
Superior relationship building skills and the ability to leverage for provider access.
Have a drive for results, competitive spirit, and self-accountability for achievement of territory and company goals.
Physical Demands:
Required include, walk, sit, talk, and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position without compromising patient care.
