About the Role: We at Eagles financial Planning are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team for an exciting Medicare project in Orlando, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, educating prospects, and enrolling eligible individuals into Medicare plans. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell Medicare plans to eligible individuals. Identify prospective clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct presentations to explain plan options, benefits, and enrollment procedures. Maintain compliance with CMS and company policies. Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients to achieve sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in Medicare sales or health insurance Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CMS guidelines and compliance requirements. Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B, healthcare,. Familiarity with the Florida market and customer base Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be based in Florida and legally eligible to work as a 1099 contractor Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory (if needed)
