Work Environment: Candidates must be able to meet physical job requirements: Safely use a ladder according to the manufacturer's weight guidelines. Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Accessing crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops safely, which may involve climbing, balancing, kneeling, or crawling. Using personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when necessary. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
