Position Details:

Location: Houston, TX (100% onsite; no remote work) ⏰ Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM Compensation: Competitive base salary + Commission (No Commission Cap) + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

What You'll Do:

✔ New Business Development - Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities. ✔ Outbound Calls - Make cold calls to generate leads and build relationships. ✔ Customer Relationships - Build and maintain strong client connections. ✔ Multi-Tasking - Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office. ✔ Close Deals - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

What You Bring:

✅ Sales-Driven Mentality - Motivated and persistent, always aiming to exceed targets. ✅ Strong Communication Skills - Personable, persuasive, and clear. ✅ Problem-solver - Quick on your feet and solutions-oriented. ✅ Team Player - Works well in a collaborative environment. Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of sales experience preferred. Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
