Position Overview
The Sales Engineer will serve as a critical link between our engineering capabilities and customer needs, driving business development and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of aerospace applications, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Mundo-Techs products, capabilities, and strategic objectives.
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams on engineering-related matters concerning product applications, sales, and service.
Maintain and grow existing business relationships while proactively identifying opportunities to expand market share.
Utilize market analytics to communicate industry trends and customer needs to senior leadership.
Conduct performance assessments and derive actionable insights to inform sales strategy.
Represent Mundo-Tech at domestic and international trade shows, promoting the companys competitive advantages and fostering industry relationships.
Continuously improve sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business (preferred)
35 years of experience in the aerospace industry, with 2+ years in commercial or military programs (preferred)
Demonstrated success in sales with measurable revenue results
High ethical standards and a commitment to professional integrity
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
