Overview
The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for a wide range of enablement programs that promotes sales readiness and sales effectiveness including but not limited to, learning and development, new hire CRM onboarding, analyzing customer data to support business goals, implement standards for collecting and storing data and uses data to gain key business insights. Provides subject matter expertise, establishes policy, resolves data quality concerns, and identifies system and process improvements. This position will report directly to Thermon's Manager, Sales Operations. Requires reliability to work early mornings or evenings to support cross functional teams in APAC and EMEA.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include
- 1. Sales Enablement & Training
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales effectiveness and training impact.
- Coordinate ongoing training sessions to upskill the sales team on tools, processes, and product knowledge.
- Trains new and existing users on how to use the Thermon CRM solution while providing ongoing technical support and user adoption best practices.
- 2. Content & Resource Management
- Curate and manage a centralized repository of sales content and collateral.
- Ensure sales teams have access to up-to-date resources aligned with current strategies and messaging.
- 3. Sales Tools & Technology Support
- Assist in the administration and optimization of CRM Dynamics and other sales tools.
- Provide user support and training on sales technologies to ensure adoption and efficiency.
- Partners with downstream stakeholder groups to facilitate end to end master data updates.
- Develops and maintains relationship with Microsoft Dynamics partner to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Pro-actively partners with sales managers to identify continuous improvement opportunities to Thermon's data system in conjunction with Thermon's growth and strategic initiatives.
- 4. Performance Insights & Reporting
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales effectiveness and training impact.
- 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to align messaging and ensure consistent communication.
- Act as a liaison between sales reps and internal teams to surface feedback and drive improvements.
- Participates in the integration process with other enterprise systems to ensure the integrated CRM and ERP solution provides enhanced productivity through a streamlined process for the salesforce.
- Works alongside the marketing communications function to maximize effectiveness of customer touchpoints such as online inquiries.
- 6. Data Management
- Analyzes data extracts and completes data mapping.
- Utilizes business analysis, data mapping and data validation.
- Documents Customer Master Data business processes and workflows.
- Manages account cleanups and issues resolution with external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Supports planned and ad-hoc data analysis efforts.
- Develops, implements, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated plans for CRM software administration and appropriate use.
- Facilitates tracking and monitoring of sales leads generated from marketing campaigns and third party sources in order to maximize sales conversions.
- Ad-hoc reporting.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
- Education - Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing or technical field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have extensive knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce preferred. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs preferred.
- Experience - Three (3) to five (5)+ years of Master Data or relevant working experience in a highly accurate and data-driven environment where data integrity and cleanup are required; or an equivalent combination of both education and experience.
- Experience - Must have experience working within a project management framework - such as Agile, Scrum, or traditional PM methodologies
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus
- Strong familiarity with Master Data management and concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- Advanced analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization build consensus and collaborate with others in achieving goals and objectives.
