Position ResponsibilitiesSales EnablementCoordinate and conduct onboarding programs and training sessions for new sales reps, focusing on product knowledge and sales techniques.Develop and manage sales enablement content, including training materials, playbooks, competitive analyses, and maintain the sales content library (battlecards, case studies, pitch decks).Facilitate regular feedback loops between sales and marketing to improve asset relevance and ensure effective lead handoff processes.Support rollouts of new messaging, tools, and product launches across the sales team and CSMs.Help implement and manage enablement tools like Hubspot to ensure correct lead distribution.Continuously gather feedback from the sales team to identify gaps in training and resources.Facilitate ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.Performs other related duties as assigned.Project ManagementDrive cross-functional projects related to go-to-market initiatives, including campaign execution and tech stack upgrades, while developing and managing project plans, timelines, and status updates across stakeholders to ensure on-time execution.Standardize processes and documentation across marketing and sales teams to support quarterly planning processes by aligning operational priorities with team goals.Analyze and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement while staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.Support the development of sales tools and technologies that improve efficiency and productivity.Performs other related duties as assigned.Technical SkillsGoogle Suite: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, SlidesMicrosoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerpointWeb Meeting Tools: Zoom, Microsoft TeamNetworking: LinkedIn, Sales NavigatorCRM Software: HubSpotRequired QualificationsAbility to quickly learn the SupplierGateway product line and understand the value being provided.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workStrong consultative selling ability.Education and ExperienceBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles in a SaaS environment.Knowledge of SaaS Sales and/or Supply Chain Management is a plus. recblid y5r18tmxq28uq0sek6bxp4qwj0ati2
