Role Description FNA Inc. is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote role focused on 100% cold calling and outbound outreach to potential customers, while also supporting existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, communicates clearly, and enjoys building relationships through conversation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume cold calling to prospective customers
Clearly communicate FNA's solutions and value proposition
Engage with customers to understand needs and identify opportunities
Support existing customers by addressing questions and ensuring a positive experience
Maintain accurate records of outreach and customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and retention
Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Comfortable making cold calls and engaging new contacts by phone
Clear, confident, and professional speaking xsgimln ability
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Minimum requirement: GED or High School Diploma
Hands-on experience and strong communication skills are valued more than formal education.
