Job Responsibilities As a Sales Associate and Keyholder, you will play a vital role in our customer's journey. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers with selling, fitting, and dispensing eyewear. Opening and closing the store, ensuring all policies are followed. Providing top-notch customer service and engaging in relationship building. Educating customers on proper eyeglass and contact lens care.
