What You'll Be Doing:
Hunt Smart: Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of companies (65–750 employees, $10M–$750M revenue) ready to grow.
Sell with Purpose: Conduct sharp, insight-driven discovery conversations and present tailored performance solutions that get buy-in and budget.
Drive the Close: Navigate complex decision-making processes and get deals signed. Implementation is handled by our team, your job is to move the needle.
Partner Like a Pro: Become a trusted advisor to decision-makers who want performance, alignment, and clarity across their business.
Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with our marketing and client success teams to align messaging, ensure seamless handoffs, and shape our market strategy.
Think Like a CEO: You’re not just selling, you’re solving business problems and driving measurable outcomes.
What You Bring:
Proven Sales Performance: 3–10+ years of B2B experience closing 5–6 figure deals with decision-makers in performance, consulting, L&D, or HR tech.
Consultative Edge: You listen well, ask sharp questions, and deliver solutions that stick.
Execution Focused: You thrive in fast-paced environments, manage your own pipeline, and know how to bring deals across the finish line.
Executive Presence: You're confident, credible, and business-savvy enough to challenge C-level thinking (in the best way).
A-Team Mentality: You expect excellence from yourself and those around you, and you deliver.
