Flat Rate Minimum Requirements: Graduate of nursing program: Diploma, ADN, BSN or MSN. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. ACLS and PALS certification required within 6 months of hire. Preferred: 1 year nursing experience.
