RN Weekend Supervisor Position Summary

As a RN Weekend Supervisor at Lake Wales Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include: Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer, and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit. Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions. Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes. Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
