Description Join our dynamic team as an RN House Supervisor on the night shift and play a pivotal role in overseeing hospital staff to ensure exceptional quality care and compliance with policies and regulations. You will provide professional guidance for nursing personnel, manage disciplinary issues, prepare essential administrative reports, assess staffing and budgetary needs, and enhance the integration of Nursing Services with other hospital departments. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of programs, training for nurse recruitment activities, and assist in ongoing education programs. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate assigned nursing staff while coordinating nursing services effectively. Engage in the development of nursing protocols and procedures to enhance patient care. Facilitate continuing education and professional development opportunities for nursing staff. Assess patient needs and participate actively in providing nursing care, ensuring documentation is precise and complete. Maintain accurate patient health care records to support optimal care delivery. Monitor supply inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure resources are available. Promote adherence to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and the Corporate Compliance Agreement by evaluating employee performance and addressing compliance issues proactively. Qualifications Education: Degree from an accredited school of nursing. Licenses/Certification: Current Wyoming Registered Nurse (RN) License required. BLS / CPR, PALS, and ACLS certification required. BLS/CPR must be obtained within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS certifications are required within ninety (90) days of employment if not currently certified. Experience: Minimum of two years nursing experience in a hospital setting is highly preferred. 1 to 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
