Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months. 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Working with CHF, chest pain, renal, hemodialysis patients. Amio and Cardizem drips. Central lines (HD caths, Ports, PICCs). Preferred Skillset/Experience: Tikosyn and Sotalol initiation is a plus. Potential for dopamine, dobutamine, lidocaine, nitro, milrinone drips. Chest tubes, other drains. CIWA (withdrawal) protocol. Type of Patients on Unit: Working with CHF, chest pain, arrhythmias (mostly AFib, flutter, SVT),respiratory, renal, hemodialysis patients. Overflow patients: sepsis, urology, surgical, ETOH/drug withdrawals, isolation, GI bleeds. Scrub Color: tops and pants both black. Tops must have Mercy cross logo on the left chest. Undershirts/long-sleeve shirts are ok in black, white, yellow, green, red and blue. New t-shirts are coming Sept 1. Medical/scrub jackets. Any unacceptable attire: anything other than above. Auto Offer Guidelines: Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end Holiday RTO - can request only 1 per assignment Auto Offers are contingent upon facility approval. Offer may be retracted within 48 hours by the facility.
