DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate, Shift Leader to cultivate long-term relationships with our guests by delivering an unparalleled shopping experience. As a self-motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Associate, Shift Leader, you will be passionate about customer service while guiding your team to meet their targets in a dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Welcoming each guest by actively engaging with them to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Serving as a product knowledge expert, effectively selling and marketing a wide range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing. Assisting in creating a top-notch customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training on selling techniques, behaviors, and operational processes. ARE YOU A FIT? Qualified candidates for this role will have: A high school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree is a plus but not necessary). Demonstrated superior customer service skills, including experience in problem and complaint resolution. The ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. The pay for this position ranges from $8.50 to $11.50 per hour, plus a commission based on personal sales volume ranging from 1.5% to 6%. Associates will also be eligible for quarterly bonuses based on store performance.
