You'll work alongside the manager to help with daily operations and gain valuable skills by being cross-trained across the store's various departments. Interested in advancement? Your Key Responsibilities: Provide a warm and friendly greeting to all guests, ensuring exceptional customer service. Effectively operate the cash register. Adapt swiftly to the fast-paced work environment; no two days are the same! Prepare coffee, restock shelves, coolers, and freezers as needed. Maintain a clean and organized store alongside your team. Minimum Education: N/A Preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED Minimum Experience: N/A Preferred Experience: 3-6 months in retail or customer service Preferred Skills and Certifications: ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not required. Soft Skills: Comfortable engaging with guests and colleagues. High energy and motivation. Able to transition quickly between tasks. Team-oriented, ready to support others. Basic computer skills are advantageous. Scheduling: This position is available as part-time or full-time, with a variety of shifts, including day and night. Weekend and holiday availability is necessary. Hours & Conditions: Part-time (up to 29 hours), Full-time (30-40 hours) Travel: 5%. You may occasionally be asked to work at other nearby locations. Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours, reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, and work in cooler conditions. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.
