Demonstrated success leading FOH teams of 40+ staff in casual fine dining settings
Extensive wine knowledge, including pairing, varietals, and inventory management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience planning and executing private dining and special events
Ability to oversee financials, including budgeting and revenue strategies General Manager Preferred Background & Skills: Background in Mediterranean or ingredient-driven concepts
Passion for sustainability and local sourcing
Experience collaborating closely with back-of-house leadership
Familiarity with modern reservation and POS systems
