This is a high-performance role for someone with deep residential remodeling experience, a proven track record of closing, and the drive to build long-term client relationships. What You’ll Be Selling: Full-home remodels and additions Luxury kitchen and bathroom renovations Renovations tailored to meet client lifestyles, timelines, and budgets

Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and close new residential renovation contracts Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, realtors, and designers Conduct in-home consultations, gather project details, and collaborate with our estimating and design team Deliver compelling proposals that align with client goals and budgets Maintain pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM and Builder Trend, reporting regularly to the executive team Partner with our design, estimating, and project management team to ensure a seamless handoff after closing Requirements What We’re Looking For: ✅ Minimum 5 years of residential remodeling/construction sales experience ✅ Proven ability to sell high-ticket residential renovations ($50K–$500K+) ✅ Established network or ability to generate and nurture qualified leads ✅ Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, and permitting processes ✅ Consultative selling style with ability to guide clients from concept to contract ✅ Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong communication skills Benefits What We Offer: Base Salary of $36,000+ commission structure with no cap Flexible schedule with client-focused autonomy Support from designer, estimating, and project management Marketing and lead generation support to supplement your own pipeline A company with a stellar reputation for delivering on promises
