As a Residential Project Coordinator , you will support our residential drywall division by assisting with various tasks such as billing, inventory management, vendor invoice approvals, and more. This position will provide you with a comprehensive view of the residential construction process while reporting directly to the Residenital Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Support Residential Project/Stocks Coordinator: Cross-train with the Residential Project/Stocks Coordinator to provide coverage during absences and assist with project coordination. Help the production team with purchase orders (POs), paperwork, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Residential Billing Organization: Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of the residential billing cycle. Maintain accurate documentation of billing procedures and workflows. Generate and send invoices for residential housing and service billing. Track and maintain records for accounting purposes. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Respond to inquiries about invoices or account status professionally and accurately. Generate reports for accounting review and aging reports. Scan and organize all billing-related documents for tracking and storage.
Vendor Invoice Approval / Tracking: Assist the Residential Project Coordinator with invoice approval processes for vendors.
Inventory Management: Help the Residential Project Coordinator with monthly inventory input and orders. Verify inventory counts throughout the month with laborers to ensure accuracy. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
To be successful in this position: Show up to work and on time. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PDF editing software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in the construction and accounting fields.
To be unsuccessful in this role: Miss work regularly. Have a bad attitude.
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, minimum GPA of 3.0. Experience Level: 03+ years in a similar role. Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors. Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and digital systems. Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Dependable, punctual, and committed to teamwork and collaboration.
Working Conditions: This position is office-based and is not eligible for remote work. Regular office hours, Monday to Friday.
