PSG Inc., a pioneer in IT solutions based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a dedicated Residential Program Director to oversee our newly launched community outreach programs dedicated to improving living conditions and social support systems. This role will focus on managing various residential services programs that aim to provide support and effective solutions for vulnerable populations. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of program development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with PSG's commitment to social responsibility and technological innovation. Develop, implement, and evaluate program policies and initiatives that support the organization's mission and enhance service delivery. Manage budgets, grant applications, and funding proposals to ensure adequate resources for program sustainability. Lead and mentor a team of social workers, counselors, and administrative staff to achieve program goals effectively. Oversee the collection and analysis of program data to report outcomes and improve services based on evaluative research. Collaborate with community leaders, stakeholders, and other organizations to enhance program reach and impact. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning residential service operations.
