**Description:**
Here at St. Peter's Health Partners, we care for more people in more places. The resident assistant is integral to care delivery at our unique assisted living facility. As a direct care staff, become a part of a team and engage individuals in our quaint, residential setting. Experience working with the elderly is a plus!
**Position Highlights:**
+ 8 hour shifts in a low stress environment.
+ Shift meal provided to staff.
+ Overnight & weekend shift differential.

**What you will do:**
Terrace at Beverwyck is an Assisted facility where you can bring joy and compassionate care to the aging population.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Engage with residents to live full, active lives. Promoting Resident independence.
+ Patiently participate with residents and assist as necessary with activities of daily living and medication management.
+ Provide a safe and supportive environment that serves individuals who do not meet the skilled-nursing criteria of a nursing home placement.
+ Laundry and Resident shower assistance.
+ Setting up dining room for breakfast service.
+ Minimal shift documentation
+ Communicating observations in daily shift report
**What you will need:**
+ High school diploma/GED preferred
+ Sincere desire to work with elderly population.
+ Experience with cognitively impaired Residents a plus!

**Pay Range:** : $16.70 - $24.20
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
