We're seeking a highly motivated Tax Senior with strong technical skills and leadership potential to join a dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review individual, corporate, and partnership returns of varying complexity.
- Support staff and junior accountants by providing hands-on guidance and feedback.
- Conduct technical tax research and craft thoughtful position memos for internal and external use.
- Stay current on evolving tax laws and translate changes into actionable insights.
- Take part in internal training efforts and contribute to quality control systems.
- Build strong relationships with clients while looking for ways to add long-term value.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- CPA or EA designation preferred
- 3+ years of public accounting experience
- Confidence working independently while contributing to a team
