Salary: $80K - $100K DOE
Location: 100% Remote
Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Tax Associate to join our collaborative and forward-thinking accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to tax compliance and advisory projects across a diverse client base, while building meaningful relationships and developing technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities, in accordance with applicable tax laws and firm quality standards.
  • Assist with year-end projections, planning strategies, and identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes.
  • Conduct research on complex tax issues and summarize findings clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate closely with senior staff and leadership to support client engagements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and participate in ongoing learning and development initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a public accounting environment
  • CPA is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
