Your role involves providing comprehensive psychological services to approximately 42-47 students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Service Delivery Focus Conduct psychological evaluations for special education eligibility determination, including comprehensive cognitive and behavioral assessments. Provide individual and group counseling services addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Offer crisis intervention support and consultation with educational teams through secure virtual platforms. Assessment & Evaluation Utilize evidence-based assessment tools adapted for virtual administration, including cognitive batteries, achievement measures, and behavioral rating scales. Develop comprehensive psychological reports, participate in IEP meetings, and provide recommendations for educational programming and therapeutic interventions. Caseload Characteristics Students span all grade levels, presenting with diverse psychological needs including learning disabilities, emotional disturbances, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges. The virtual setting allows for innovative therapeutic approaches while maintaining assessment validity and clinical effectiveness. Work Structure Maintain a professional schedule of 37-37.5 hours per week from your home office, with appointment scheduling coordinated to optimize student and family availability. Essential Requirements Active Kentucky School Psychologist license and Master's degree in School Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Educational Psychology are mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate at least two years of experience in school-based psychological services.
