Key Responsibilities: Deliver virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans. Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and participate in case consultations. Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. Requirements Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania. Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Experience with telehealth platforms preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
