Responsibilities: Providing a high level of clinical support to the acute areas and varying procedural areas throughout Community could become your day-to-day purpose as a Clinical Nurse – Facility Resource. Leading with dedicated support to high-risk patients outside of the Emergency Department and ICUs. Delivering patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation are crucial to the needs of patients systemwide.
