PortagePointe is a beautiful Eden Alternative home for 60 Elders from our community. There are five different homes where RN's have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of Elders through engaging in daily care and providing encouragement for each Elder to reach their maximum functional ability. As a Registered Nurse in our Nursing Home, PortagePointe, you will have a significant impact on the Elders and staff that you interact with on a daily basis. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, professional, and compassionate patient care. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a skilled decision-maker, and a team player.
