Utilize your nursing skills to provide top-notch physical, psychological, and social support tailored to each patient’s needs. Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team promptly. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols. Document patient progress and assist with educational needs for patients and families. Collaborate effectively with team members, providing leadership and support while ensuring high-quality care. Maintain a safe and organized work environment responsive to the dynamic nature of patient care. Stay informed on the latest evidence-based practices to enhance patient care delivery. Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Registered Nurse (RN) license required, with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Life Support (ALS) or equivalent. Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and carrying objects (typically within 0-25 lbs, with some tasks up to 50 lbs).
