Position Requirements: Licensure/Certification/Registration: Active Oklahoma License for Registered Nurse Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within 6 months of hire NIH Stroke certification by the end of Clinical Nursing Orientation Education: Graduated from an accredited professional nursing program (diploma, ADN, or BSN).
