Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide exceptional patient-centered care through your expertise in assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes in a compassionate environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with nursing practices and organizational policies. Conduct thorough patient assessments, document findings accurately, and communicate vital information to the care team. Administer medications while monitoring for side effects and documenting procedures accurately. Assist physicians during procedures within your competency. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on comprehensive patient assessments. Participate in emergency responses and life-saving interventions as required. Advocate for patient rights and ensure their needs are met in care planning. Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care. Implement infection control protocols to safeguard against healthcare-associated infections. Operate medical equipment as necessary for patient safety. Maintain patient safety by adhering to established National Patient Safety Goals. Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery. Document all patient care comprehensively and promptly in medical records. Commit to ongoing professional development to enhance clinical competencies. Perform additional duties as assigned and ensure compliance with policies and standards. Qualifications: 0-2 years of experience in clinical nursing or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting. Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of nursing processes and clinical practices. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and communicate findings effectively. Skill in administering medications and monitoring patient reactions. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills for collaboration. Strong organizational abilities and attention to documentation detail. Licenses and Certifications: RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure or Compact State Licensure required. BCLS - Basic Life Support certification required. ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications preferred.
