Qualifications
Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred. BCLS certification is required within one month of hire.
Experience: Foundational experience as a Registered Nurse, with opportunities for advancement encouraged through our clinical program.
Licensure: Must possess a valid and active nursing license in the State of Connecticut. Specialty certification is highly encouraged.
Special Skills: Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a high standard of nursing practice.
Physical Demands: The role involves prolonged standing and walking, and may require lifting and assisting patients weighing between five and three hundred pounds. Be prepared for exposure to infectious diseases and various emotional conditions.
