About the Position: Join our dynamic team in the Main Operating Room, featuring 16 OR suites and handling approximately 12,000 cases each year. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient-centered care throughout the surgical process. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care by following clinical protocols and collaborating with healthcare teams. Assess patients thoroughly and accurately document findings, promptly communicating any changes in condition. Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for side effects, ensuring safety and compliance with standards. Assist during surgical procedures and maintain a sterile environment while scrubbing in. Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. Participate in emergency responses and contribute to life-saving interventions as necessary. Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care. Qualifications: 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting. Licenses and Certifications: Valid RN State Licensure or Compact State Licensure required.
