This position allows you to create your own schedule, providing flexibility to balance school, travel, volunteering, or spending time with family and friends. Flexible Hours Available: Weekdays (Monday - Friday) Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) Options for PRN, Part-time, and Full-time hours Key Responsibilities: Independently initiate actions to enhance client care quality and perform client visits as assigned. Provide direct nursing care and assign tasks as appropriate based on your training and demonstrated competence. Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard. Assess and evaluate the health status of clients, gather comprehensive information, and utilize this to inform treatment plans. Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to set realistic care goals. Regularly review and adjust care plans based on client feedback and health outcomes. Deliver medications and IV therapy accurately and educate clients and families on self-administration when necessary. Evaluate the client's home environment for safety and comfort, implementing plans to improve care settings. Follow all safety and infection control protocols, maintaining a secure environment for clients and coworkers.
