Seeking Work/life balance? No Nights, No Weekends! The schedule is Monday Thursday, 6:00a 4:30p. Essential Functions: Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance. Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of exempt or non-exempt RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff). Allocates time (15-50%) to patient care and technical expertise as needed. Identifies and implements process improvements, staffing models, and compliance with regulations. Manages budgets, expenses, supplies, and equipment inventory. Serves as infection control lead and collaborates on quality initiatives. Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives. Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions. Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Protects patient privacy and confidentiality. Follows established company policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required. Current license as a RN or NP/PA in state of practice. Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) may be required for some sites. Current hands-on certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services. Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Certification in Emergency Nursing, or Certificate in Case Management preferred. Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field. 2 3 years of management experience.
