You will work closely with a compassionate healthcare team to provide high-quality care and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exemplary patient-centered care that aligns with organizational policies and protocols. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and accurately document findings, promptly reporting changes in condition. Administer medications, monitor for side effects, and maintain precise records of medication administration. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to create, implement, and assess individualized care plans. Participate in life-saving interventions and respond to medical emergencies as appropriate. Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. Ensure safety and infection control by adhering to established protocols and maintaining a clean environment. Utilize medical equipment and technology proficiently to ensure patient safety. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes. Qualifications: 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
