Salary: $29.00 - $45.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, ensuring compassionate patient interactions. Measure and record patient vitals and other pertinent data. Assess patient conditions and administer appropriate treatments with accuracy. Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed. Lead and collaborate with nursing unit teams to enhance patient care quality. Maintain readiness for health facility accreditation, participating in preparations for HFAP. Contribute to patient rounds, offering insights and updates on patient progress. Minimum Position Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN). Valid RN license in the state of Ohio. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment. Must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) within one year of employment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a hospital or acute care setting. Strong understanding of compliance with infection control policies. Prior leadership experience in a clinical environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. High level of compassion and empathy towards patients. Benefits: Shift differentials of $3.50/hr for day shifts and $4.50/hr for night shifts. Sign-on bonus up to $15,000, paid in three annual installments of $5,000.
