As our Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll work closely with the clinical team and manager to support patients and help maintain a welcoming, organized environment. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Compensation & Benefits: $26–$28 per hour, based on experience PTO days (after 1 year of employment) Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat patients promptly and ensure their comfort Take necessary X-rays and assist with diagnostic procedures Consult with the office manager to verify insurance approvals Sterilize, organize, and manage instruments and supplies Maintain cleanliness and presentation of operatories and common areas Manage inventory and restock as needed Support the doctor and team as needed within the scope of your role What We’re Looking For: Experience: 2–3 years of dental assisting experience preferred Certification: RDA required Qualities: Punctual, collaborative, respectful of doctor’s direction, detail-oriented, proactive with office upkeep and supplies About the Office: Our team of four enjoys a friendly, team-oriented work environment built on professionalism and mutual respect.
