The Staff Pad is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join a growing dental team in Pomona, CA. This is a great opportunity for an RDA who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused clinic and wants to be part of a collaborative oral health team. Location: Pomona, CA Pay: $27$28.50 per hour Schedule: Full-Time Tuesday through Saturday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Language: Spanish/English required What You'll Do: Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures Assist the dentist during procedures by passing instruments and suctioning Sterilize and organize dental instruments and supplies Take and develop dental radiographs Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain dental supply inventory and assist with equipment upkeep Support a positive, welcoming patient experience Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification Completion of required state licensing and exams Current CPR certification Knowledge of dental equipment and terminology Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join: Supportive and collaborative dental team Opportunity to make a difference in the community Stable full-time position in a growing clinic
