Salary: Base salary of $70k-$85k + commission (1st year OTE $130k-$150k), Health coverage, PTO 401(k) with match, car allowance, and more
Job Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the Northeast U.S. This individual will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing distributor relationships, attending key trade shows, and helping establish a growing U.S. footprint for an international pool products manufacturer.
Job Responsibilities: Manage and grow a multi-state sales territory: NJ, PA, NY, DE, ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, and CT Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Develop and maintain distributor partnerships in the pool industry Report activities and opportunities in the company's CRM Collaborate cross-functionally with internal support teams Represent the brand at approximately 10 national trade shows per year Lead with a proactive, hunter mentality and bold daily execution
Qualifications: Experience in the pool industry is required (chemicals, equipment, or accessories) Prior experience with distributors or manufacturers strongly preferred Proven track record in sales and territory management Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with strong relationship-building skills 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must hold or be able to obtain a valid passport Willingness to travel 80%+, especially in the first year
