Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our client’s services, targeting large projects, and building long-term client relationships in the Carolinas and parts of Georgia. This role focuses on securing new business, managing key accounts, and enhancing market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies targeting large-scale projects
  • Build and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business
  • Achieve annual sales targets of $5M–$8M+ across all service lines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with operational capabilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Provide excellent client service and maintain strong communication
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Represent the company at industry events and stay informed on market trends
  • Partner with leadership to tailor strategies to local markets
*** Travel is required.

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven sales and business development skills, especially with large projects and long-term clients
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities
  • Strategic thinker with solid organizational and project management skills
  • Able to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
