Typical task breakdown: Augment Talent Acquisition team's tasks across COGMD & IPSD. It will involve supporting coordination efforts for interviews and pre-employment activities, sourcing and screening talent, supporting full life-cycle recruiting for both production and support & management roles.
Education & Experience Required: Years of experience: 5 years Degree requirement: BA/BS (preferred not required)
Top 3 Skills: Strategic Sourcing (attract passive talent using advanced sourcing methods, networks, and tools) Stakeholder Management (skilled at building strong relationships with hiring mangers, HRBPs, team members, coworkers, and talent) Data-Driven Decision making (uses recruitment metrics and insights to guide strategy, identify bottlenecks and improve performance)
Additional Technical Skills: Applicant Tracking System & CRM Experience (i.e. Workday & Beamery) Candidate Sourcing Tools and & Boolean Search (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Factory Fix) Offer Negotiations/Closing Strategies Recruiting Analytics & Reporting PowerBI & SharePoint Automation Recruitment Marketing
Soft Skills: Effective Communication (Verbal & Written) Relationship Building Adaptability! Time-Management & Prioritization Problem-Solving Emotional Intelligence
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $34.00 - $35.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
