PrideStaff is currently seeking several Receptionists for a local client on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills and experience within a general office setting. Most importantly, we are seeking a responsible person of integrity that is punctual and dependable.

This position is TEMP TO HIRE .

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

$18-$20/hr (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors Answering phones, emails, and take messages Copy, scan, fax, etc Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms Must be able to assist with data entry, filing paperwork, and schedule meetings if needed Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative with minimal supervision Act as the point of contact Other duties as assigned Position Requirements: Manager of "first impressions" Must have at least 1 year of prior experience in an reception or similar role Positive attitude Punctual and reliable Detail oriented Previous customer service (preferred) Basic computer knowledge and experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Aptitude and willingness to learn and adapt Minimum Experience Required: Job Field: 1-2 years working experience in exact or relatable field High School Diploma and/or GED Bachelor's Degree (preferred, but not necessarily required) Computer literacy in Word, Google Docs, MS Suite, and Gmail Language Skills: Read, write, and communicate fluently in English Bilingual (preferred, but not required) Benefits of working with PrideStaff: Medical, Rx, and Wellness Benefits Dental and Vision Plan Options Short-term Disability 401(k) Retirement Plan Holiday Pay
