We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Reception & Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and potential candidates at our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative tasks, strong customer service skills and is eager to learn and grow with a strong team.

What Youll Do: Greet customers, walk-in candidates, and other visitors at the front office with professionalism and a friendly demeanor Receive and process in-person payments from customers; verify amounts in AccuLynx, provide receipts, and log payments accurately Accept packages and deliveries, and sort incoming mail to appropriate mailboxes Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming Assist with answering and directing incoming phone calls using our RingCentral system Support the intake team by learning to take new customer leads over the phone and accurately enter them into AccuLynx Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed

What Were Looking For: Previous administrative, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Friendly and professional communication skills, both in person and on the phone Strong attention to detail, especially when handling payments and data entry Willingness to learn internal systems like AccuLynx and RingCentral Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Bilingual or conversational Spanish is a plus, but not required
