• Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective clients.
• Provide guidance to prospective buyers by facilitating showings of available properties.
• Coordinate buyer tours and keep them on track.

• Keep accurate records of showings and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Promote business development in the office during downtime.

• Active Real Estate License (required)
• Valid Pennsylvania Real Estate License
• Valid Drivers License
• 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and people-oriented skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to analyze clients needs and match them to homes
• Familiarity with the local real estate market (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between showings
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving
• Learning-based and growth-minded attitude
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
