Responsibilities

As a RE/MAX Ace Realty Agent, you will:
•Actively build and manage a personal database using our CRM (MAX/Tech powered by BoldTrail)
•Complete structured productivity benchmarks:
•Add 100+ contacts in your first six months
•Log 50+ client-related tasks or appointments
•Attend and engage in ongoing education via in-person and virtual sessions
•Deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers
•Stay informed on local market trends and property values
•Collaborate with a high-performing team environment

Qualifications

We're looking for agents who are:
Currently licensed with at least 1 full year of real estate experience
•Tech-comfortable and eager to adopt new platforms and tools
•Coachable, consistent, and committed to professional growth
•Friendly, self-motivated, and goal-driven
•Open to structure and accountability
