Responsibilities

•Lead generation
•Database generation
•Database systems
•Set appointments
•Close sales
•Commercial sales script mastery
•Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
•Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
•Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations
•Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision
•Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

•Real estate license
