Who We're Looking For:

Deep understanding of the local buyer market and negotiation expertise.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for client management.
A motivated and organized professional dedicated to providing outstanding service.

Your Responsibilities as a Buyer's Specialist:

Respond to and convert buyer inquiries and leads.
Conduct thorough buyer consultations to understand needs and preferences.
Identify and show suitable properties to qualified buyers.
Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers.
Guide buyers through the entire home purchasing process, from contract to close.
Stay updated on market inventory and conditions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Buyer's Agent or in a similar role with strong sales results.
Familiarity with the Maryland real estate market, particularly Carroll County and surrounding areas (for Westminster focus).
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
