The ready mix delivery driver delivers perishable products safely to customers' job sites as requested. Schedule -

Peak Season Schedule: Primary season of May 1st through November 30th during which time they will be earning a premium rate, between $22.00 and $30.00 .

For any hours worked outside of the Peak Schedule, December 1st and April 30th, the rate will be reduced by $5.00/hr. Although the number of hours worked during this off season may be limited, the Peak Schedule Driver will still be considered an employee of the Company and eligible to maintain their benefits during the non-peak times.

Monday - Friday, 50-60 hours per week (demand could bring longer hours and some Saturdays)

Management retains the right to amend and modify this form any time as working conditions, economic conditions, or safety practices are changed. Any such changes will be in the discretion of management to require the employee to perform additional tasks as either a primary or secondary job function or to require additional knowledge, skills, and abilities.
