Position Overview We seek a dedicated Radiology Technologist who exemplifies compassionate care. In this role, you will: Utilize your knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to perform imaging procedures. Assist physicians in complex Radiologic examinations and maintain high accuracy in imaging techniques. Serve as the primary communication link between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring their comfort and care. Key Responsibilities Provide appropriate care for a diverse patient population while considering age-specific needs. Implement and educate families on care plans and imaging procedures. Administer contrast media according to established regulations and protocols. Maintain safety and compliance within the Radiology department. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program. ARRT R.T. (R) certification or registry eligible. Registry eligible candidates must obtain ARRT certification within six months of hire; failure to do so may lead to termination. Preferred: One year of relevant post-graduate experience. Current American Heart Association BLS certification is mandatory.
